Smart Tint®, LLC (referred to as “the Manufacturer”) guarantees that Stealth Tint® window films are free from manufacturing flaws for three years following the original purchase date. Should any product prove to be defective within this timeframe, and the buyer presents a legitimate claim under this warranty, they may qualify for a replacement at no cost. To validate any claim under this warranty, the buyer must provide the original purchase proof and a detailed description of the defect. It is advised for the buyer to keep their sales receipt. Moreover, the Manufacturer may ask for physical samples of the faulty window film to support the claim.
Stealth Tint® window films come with a warranty that covers glass failure due to seal failure for three years from the original purchase date, as long as the multi-paned insulated window remains under the original window manufacturer’s warranty. The purchaser is required to show evidence of the window manufacturer’s warranty being in effect. Furthermore, Stealth Tint® window films are guaranteed against glass breakage caused by solar heat absorption for three years from the date the films were originally purchased.
This limited warranty is exclusively provided to the original buyer of Stealth Tint® window films and cannot be transferred to others.
The Manufacturer’s responsibility to the buyer, regardless of whether the claim arises from contract, negligence, tort, or any other legal theory, is limited to the terms specified herein, with damages and remedies exclusively as outlined in this document. Under no circumstances will the Manufacturer be responsible for the costs associated with installing replacement film or for the removal of the defective film.
UNLESS PROHIBITED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE MANUFACTURER EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS LIABILITY FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER. APART FROM WHAT IS EXPLICITLY STATED IN THIS DOCUMENT, THE MANUFACTURER ALSO EXCLUDES AND DISCLAIMS ANY EXPRESS WARRANTIES AND, BEYOND THE SPECIFIED WARRANTY PERIOD, EXCLUDES AND DISCLAIMS ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING THOSE OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
Some states/provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state or province to province.

If your Stealth Tint® product falls under this limited warranty, the Manufacturer will send you replacement film through the mail. Should your Stealth Tint® product not be covered by this limited warranty, the Manufacturer will inform you of its decision.
